This includes the submission of their project(s) to a service that will create copyright claims against others using the music (such as ContentID or other content identification services), which is not allowed. Additionally, the LICENSEE may in no way inhibit the ability for others to use the music in their project(s). In the event that the purchaser is creating content for multiple clients, each client will require their own license to use the music. The only exception is in the case of in-person classes, retreats, and business locations (such as offices, yoga studios, waiting rooms, etc.), in which the music may be played in the background. This is includes the streaming of the music alone, which is not permitted (such as in a mobile app, website, or other online channel). The LICENSEE is not permitted to sell, share, stream, or distribute the music to others in any way. For example, extended or altered versions of the music are prohibited. The LICENSEE’s original creation must be distinctly different from the original music by the LICENSOR. The LICENSEE may sell, distribute, and monetize their original creation which uses the the music in the background. The music may be used in the background of original creations and projects by the LICENSEE (such as films, video games, podcasts, guided meditations, narrated recordings/videos, etc.). As of, the (LICENSEE) has been granted permission by the copyright owner, Christopher Collins of Chris Collins Creative LLC (LICENSOR), to use the purchased musical recordings according to the royalty-free terms outlined hereafter.
